My favourite beach in the northwest of England. Open space, quieter than its neighbour (Blackpool) and very clean. Had an awesome picnic with family.

Great beach, welcoming for motorhomes. Could do with some toilets, hence only 4 stars, but it is slightly cheaper (7) than the motorhome parking near the pier (10). Not far to walk to Starr gate for Blackpool trams either.
Great overnight spot for motorhomers. Nice to see a council embracing our presence.
Love it here for parking motorhome overnight. Great spot to walk dog but beware of wardens if you walk them in the wrong place you can get a fine
Was lacking in facilities and spaces bit managed to find a spot eventually on what was a very busy bank holiday weekend. Direct access to the beach which is a plus but it is quite a walk to Latham so be aware if that's where your planning on going to.
