We have just opened our 2nd restaurant and have used Marco for all our equipment since opening our 1st almost 6 years ago. All of our original equipment still works with absolutely no problems, but we bought with confidence with their free extended warranties... of course, typical, I didn't have to use any of them. Marco and his team arrive at a scheduled time, deliver (free of charge) and install (not gas) all equipment exactly where you want them without any damage to equipment or premises. Their prices are totally outstanding to comparable brands. I would highly recommend using North American Restaurant Equipment after almost 6 years of experience with them.

I purchased a freezer from this company about a year ago. Had a couple of issues with its compressor, they came right away and fixed it. Problem reoccurred , they responded quickly once again. Third time, I was not present, Dan came and after assessing the problem, replaced the unit with a brand new one. No questions asked. I could not ask for better results. Have been purchasing from Marco for a few years. Always reasonable, on time and can't be beat pricing. Truly a vendor partner and always available, day or night to answer questions, pricing etc. Never had any issues with any of the equipment. I wouldn't buy from anyone else. Marco and his crew (including the dog) are truly the best at what they do.
