Great experience with Superior Play Systems. Still a recent purchase by my girls are in love. Seems like a great product. Installers were nice to work with.

After 5 years 2 coats of stain , 3 kids and dozen of carpenter bees holes & rotted wood floor ,rock wall , warranty States 10 year warranty but you have to pay for shipping and installation ..wasted 2900 in my book and they closed South Brunswick store so it not like I can get the material from them... My opinion Redwood is beautiful material but does not hold up in winter or the all day direct sun light or extreme hot weather & pest in northeast area like it does on the West Coast based on extensive research I did ...I emailed customer service they tell me I have to pay for shipping to NJ God knows how much that would cost..I might as well just go to Home Depot or lowes and replace the wood especially the flooring with pressure treated lumber ..if you're going to keep it or if you're looking to buy one I would really consider looking into a pressure treated swing set because bugs don't like them or a alot pay more on composite or vinyl swing sets, I regret not buying old school metal swing set like I had when I was a kid now
This playset is wonderful. My grandchildren love the swings and slide. Can't wait for the warm weather!

BUYER BEWARE! I wish that I had read the reviews more carefully. It seems a lot of them only refer to the location where you can let your children play on the play sets. I ordered a play set for my niece and nephew and the company was extremely helpful during the sales process. I even ended up upgrading and going over my 7,000 budget. I paid for the professional set up and installation and was told due to covid it would be 4 to 6 weeks for setup and installation which I Completely understood. AS SOON AS THEY HAD MY MONEY NOTHING! We had to reach out to them multiple times and then finally got a date 8 weeks later. They then canceled on us twice and when they did show up they did not have the complete play set and said they would have the rest in a week or two. The whole process was insane they did not care at all about us as customers we were super understanding and flexible at first we understand things happen but there was no apology or followup now 16 weeks later the kids finally have a complete play set just in time for winter.
