Haven't bidded for anything yet. Some of the items have few photos and sometimes you have to dig deep to find out the true condition of things. To be fair this is not always the case. It would be useful to be able to refine searches as when trying to find e.g. tables it will bring up anything from bar stools and dining chairs to food prep tables and restaurant passe.

Very poor experience dealing with BPI. I won a bid on a fridge but when I went to collect the item it was different to the photo of the lot I had won. When I queried this I was told the item I won was sold in a previous auction. I was given a refund for the item and told that the catering manager would contact me to try to find an alternative, still waiting. Not sure what this says about BPI, if I hadn’t checked I would have taken an item I didn’t win or they are misleading customers by advertising items using alternative images. Not happy with them and do not trust them. I have bought other item from them without issue. The lady I spoke to (Kate) dealt with the issue professionally and was apologetic but I now don’t have the fridge I needed prior to Christmas.
