While we’ve had many issues at the links & greens from no hot water for 3 days, to a broken dryer and many more, we haven’t been able to leave the complex since the first snowfall because there’s two feet of snow and ice in the parking lot and they won’t do a single thing about it. I called to ask if they would help because there was a ten car pile up at the entrance and they said it was illegal for them to help and I could go get a shovel myself if I wanted to do anything. Soon after, I called City of Norman who informed me it was in fact illegal for them to not do anything as it’s their responsibility to clear off snow within 24 hours of snowfall. Safe to say, we can’t wait until our lease is up to get out of here :)

I love this place. I couldn't ask for a better place than this. You have the and fishing and very sweet people that will fix anything that goes wrong in your apartment. I made a new friend with the neighbors down stairs.

I have really enjoyed living here. Erica in the office has been super helpful and great to work with the entire time I have lived here. She goes above and beyond to take care of you. I am needing to transfer due to a job relocation and all of the office staff has worked with me and eased my concerns and it has been a good experience. I never had any issues with maintenance and they would be here within 15 minutes of me putting in a ticket. Yes, these are apartments so sometimes you can hear your neighbors, but I feel like everyone around me is very courteous and would not complain that anyone was intentionally loud. The apartment is spacious and i have no complaints!

Nice place! Staff never did me wrong. The only reason Im not giving this a 5 star is because they increased their rates when that MEGA walmart moved in literally right next it! I dont know about you, but a very high traffic increase (majority of which arent residents, but walmart shoppers) and having a Wal-Mart next to you isnt exactly a selling point for potential residency in my book. Oh... and the parking is BS. They need to have assigned spots for each resident. Take my situation for example, I lived alone in a one bedroom and i was the only one on the lease. They should assign one spot for me. If a couple lived in a one bedroom, but only one name is on the lease, they should only get one spot. If they both have their names on the lease, they should get 2 spots (if they have 2 seperate cars and requested it).

We lived in the Links at Norman for one year. We didn't have any issues to begin with, we believed this complex was a nice place to live. We came home from vacation (we were gone for 1 week) to a flooded master bedroom. We had checked the hot water heater room only to find pipes that were molded & busted which had caused a leak through our bedroom closest and our bedroom wall that was backed up to that room. We called and asked someone to come look at the situation, only to be told by unknowledgeable maintenance men that \its not that big of a deal\ and an \easy fix\. They told us to just let the carpet dry & that they would just caulk and paint over the crumbling sheetrock in our closet. We were completely dissatisfied with this solution. We called and spoke with the manager and she seemed furious about how the situation was handled as well and had a carpet cleaning company come out and deep clean our carpets...BUT... She didn't see any issues with the painted over, sopping wet sheetrock... We were concerned about mold issues down the road, especially because we have a 1 1/2 year old child in our home, AND have had experiences of losing loved ones over mold issues, but were told that \mold doesn't grow in these types of conditions.\ Its been a little over a month now, and we have several spots in different closets that back up against that wall with mold growing inside. We went into the office on Friday (4/26/19) to tell them we have had enough and that its needs to be taken care of properly or that we want out, and they have YET to contact us back about the issue. We couldn't even sleep in our own bed, we had to leave town for the weekend because we refuse to sleep there at this point. We are 100% done with this rental property. I hope they actually fix the issues once we leave the apartment, so that anyone else that rents the apartment after us doesn't have any health issues later on down the road.
