Brilliant service, had a fault with my Bose headphones that Bose themselves did not want to assist with. I spoke with Marc who was extremely helpful and true to his word got back to me extremely quickly. The result, I was able to exchange my headphones which I am extremely grateful given that Bose tried to shy away from their obligations. I would certainly recommend them and will be using them for future purchases.

Expensive and you will not learn of the extras needed and you will be charged the top price for everything down to the last inch of wire. Good eqipment but better deals are everywhere else.
Very helpful staff and great range of products
Very disappointed with the unscrupulous way this shop works. After my 86 year old mother’s TV broke she was sold an expensive new TV and was then told she needed to also buy a 500 BOSE sound bar because the TV sound was not of good enough quality. When I approached the shop owner and expressed my concerns he was not in the least bothered.
