Nice yet not famous Italian historic site. The landscape from here is gorgeous.

Incredible place. Amazing view. Worth a visit, especially on a beautiful day. A little description nearby the ruins of the main building would probably enhance the visit. Also, a better mantainance of the area, is needed to make sure that the site will last for another 2000 years. A little entrance fees (2-3euros) will help to generate income for the improvements and upgrade.
Very interesting
It's a unique opportunity
Didn't know about the Archeological site until a local gave us places to go and see, she said you can spend hours up there and we did. The little Pompeii sits up the Hill and overlook the city of Latina and the surrounding areas, you can see The old town of Sermoneta while paragliders dot the sky. Out of nowhere a herd of goats will appear, grazing around you and upon closer inspection you can view dung beetles rolling big balls of goat dung as they are pursued by a rival. This all admist the ruins of an ancient pre roman city. The town of Norma is a welcome breathe of air to the modern Latina. A nice juxtaposition. No entry fee, turn up and have an adventure in the ruins.
