I have already been to this Norfolk Virginia Wawa location (military highway location)at least 2 times with I fortunately having the chance to use a Wawa gift card that my husband got me. During my most recent visit I purchased some wawa brand lemon iced teas, a cheddar pretzel, and a Greek Meditarranean bowl. The employees I interacted with were courteous. The Greek bowl I ordered had an ample amount of food to where I even fortunately have extra food from the bowl order remaining for another day's meal.

Store associates were friendly and professional, all were wearing mask and reminding us to stay 6 feet apart. Aisha, the cashier was patient and friend and super polite. I enjoyed my visit to the store.
Sandwich made completely incorrect. Came back and explained what happened and she offered to put items into bowl instead of creating a whole new sandwich . If I wanted to make my own sandwich, I would go home and do so . I pay for quality and expect quality . Waiting to talk to the general manager bring that I was informed I should talk to him AFTER the lunch hour and to try after 2pm ...... Unprofessional. Ignored . And bad quality .

I've been to a lot of Wawa stores. By far, this is the worse I've ever seen. Absolutely disgusting!!! The water barely came out of the faucet. This is unacceptable...
