The people there were extremely nice and made me feel comfortable. I did a walk in and I only had a small amount of time. But they had me in and out in under 40 minutes! The place was easy enough to find. I went in the front door and there was a sign on the wall that said they're in 201 so I went to the second floor and there they were. Free snacks and drinks and you get to save someone. I'd call that a good day!

My fiance and I were called because we are blood donors, and were called to give platelet donations because there is a critical need. We were scheduled for a 3pm donation but when we got there at 3, were told they were closed. Told them our appointment was at 3 and she told us to wait a moment. 5 minutes later she came out and said the doors were closed and we couldn't donate. I echo the previous comments about how they schedule. If there is such a desperate need and we are both willing donors, why turn us away? Complete waste of time and makes me not want to donate at all. They might get more people donating if they did more about the scheduling issues.
