Amazing, we hired a boat for 3 hours and was fantastic. Both first time boat drivers and wow was amazing! Very easy to control and a very enjoyable trip out for the afternoon. Very clear instructions.

6 of us hired Statesman 1 for a weekend just before lockdown! The boat was enjoyable even if the weather wasn’t. Ben was really helpful and professional on our Induction with guidance on best places for fishing and eating. We had a mechanical issue with no heating to the rear of the boat which felt cold and damp with the rain and would have expected a partial refund, however, David (on call Engineer) went above and beyond, spending over 2.5 hours trying to fix the issue and then returning with heaters, twice! Great chap who gave 5 star customer service!
Excellent family holiday. The staff were great and really helpful. It was nice to be cruising around the broads, visiting various places. It was busy though (end of summer holidays), making it tough to find places to moor (unless you moor up at around 14-15:00 - making the day quite short). Mooring was initially difficult, could've done with some more training - the guy at Acle handling water / pump out explained the process for getting in and out - simply - after which it was much easier. Boat / Cruiser was clean and fully functional, comfortable (although the toilets and the whole bathroom seemed like an afterthought, and although functional, were poorly designed and tough to use). We really enjoyed our time on the broads and will likely come back.
Fantastic Company we had used an other Wroxham company for many years and been increasingly disappointed with their boats/ attitude etc and so several years ago we changed to NBD. What a difference!!!! Nothing is too much trouble. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The boats are all spotless. The service is great. We really can't praise the enough. Our fortnight on the Broads is the highlight of our year - and it is worth travelling all the way from NE Scotland to get there!!
Holidayed in their cottages for several years. Nice central area to explore the broads. Always found the team very helpful and courteous, had to change the date for this year's holiday because of lockdown which was done without any fuss. Thoroughly recommend them.
