This was the worst experience ever. They take all your money upfront instead of just a deposit and a swingset that was ordered in April for a June delivery FINALLY delivered 9/3/2020. Then to make matters worse, the bucket swing colors that I ordered were not sent, they substituted a different color, never told me and there has been no follow up by this company as to when i am getting the right ones. It is 2 weeks since delivery and i had to call them to find out what is going on.....get your sets from somewhere else...aggravation not worth it nor did they offer any compensation for all the delays!

Everything was perfect dealing with Superior Play Systems. They called back when they were suppose too, showed up on time, and were very helpful. We got a trampoline, basketball goal, and an incredible play-set and I’m so glad we used them for these items. Everything looks fantastic. When they put it together, they stayed late and finished it because my 5 year couldn’t wait any longer. Thank you all!!
First of all, I spoke to Al Adkisson who was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what our sub division needed based on our setup. He told me that he was sending his best guy out to do the install. People say that all the time, but it’s seldom true. This guy did not disappoint! He did an excellent job on both the demolition of our old system and the install of the new one. We’re extremely happy with Superior!!!
Great experience with Superior Play Systems. Purchased a new trampoline and they came out and assembled it. Super easy working with them.
I am the president of our HOA. We were looking to have a commercial swing set installed in our play area. Our sales person Al Adkisson waited until the day of installation (months after placing our order and paying for it) to let me know we needed to pay for borders to the area where the swing set would be installed. This was an additional 1400 that was never mentioned in the quote or in any email communication. The only thing he mentioned in the emails was the total square footage we would need. This was very unprofessional. If we had known about this additional cost, we would have gone with a different company.
