I was locked out of my home and was in desperate need of a locksmith to let me in. I googled and called a few numbers and the fastest response was from this company. Within 15 minutes a wonderful locksmith tech by the name of Benjamin came to my rescue. This gentleman was GOD sent, fast and reliable and a gem. I cannot thank this man enough for expeditiously helping me and servicing my needs. Will DEF use this company again and will keep Benjamins name and refer him to other. Super grateful
I was in need of a replacement car key I explained to the first person I called that I needed a key fob. I had the key to open the door I then received a call and a quote on a price of 150. When the technician arrived I then was quoted another price of 280 in the end I end up spending 220 I feel it was very misleading and ended up having pay more out of my pocket. The technician was very short with me. And did not even thank me for my business, just drove away. I called the original person, they really had no explanation for what happened. At this point I'm able to start my car. For the future they need to be clear on their pricing and work on their professionalism. Remember it's not just the pricing but it's also customers experience.
I started off on the wrong foot with this company and was left feeling really frustrated. Later in the evening I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the owner. The owner was very attentive, responsive and refunded the cost of services. I thoroughly appreciate the time taken to resolve the issue, the refund was icing on the cake! WOW! I called main number they connected me with technician in less than 5 minutes. I texted him the address and he was at the location of the car in 25 minutes. Fixed the key in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely use this company again. 180 (20 service fee and 160 for programmed key). Way more affordable than a dealership rate.
Benjamin was both prompt and professional. He arrived back at my condo before I did! My lock was broken and he was able to get into my unit and replace both locks and provide me with copies of the new keys in less than an hour! I was still able to pick up a child from ballet on time! Thank you!
