Lovely farm shop with fresh local produce. Visited on Saturday and had a lovely welcome, was given great advice on their products on display too. All great quality & good value. Bought sausages, fresh eggs & baps for a yummy brunch
How I wish this shop had not changed hands. Used to go regularly. Bought a joint of topside of beef a week ago and it wasn't cheap. Cooked it as normal. Worst piece of meat I have had the misfortune to tackle in years. Completely tasteless. Couldn't get through on the phone to have a moan. An email went unanswered. Popped in to the shop today to talk to them and they didn't give a tinker's cuss. I will never darken their door again.
I was recommended to visit this place by a friend and experience the meat so I that's what I did and I will recommend also for those who appreciate good meat
Not open fully because of restrictions but the butchers section was full of lovely selection of meats vegetables and cooked pies plus many condiments. Nice service at reasonable prices recommend .
