The lengths you went to, to get me the perfect gift and you even had time to beautifully gift wrap it, even in these exceptional times. Not only has this been a particularly challenging year with Covid, I also know both your Mum and Dad have both been extremely poorly and both hospitalised. Not the usual service today. Asked for the price of an item as not marked. Given an approximate price and asked for help to get down. Then just got forgot about and ended up walking out. Difficult times yes but please don’t forget the service especially from someone trying to give you their money.
