I absolutely LOVE Nooma, and all that it represents and provides. The leaders and staff are friendly and helpful...the ambiance is spot on... and the training is intense. It is truly my safe place, where I can leave it all on the mat...and I am beyond grateful to have access to such a special studio!

Nooma has been life altering for me. I recommend anyone and everyone to go! Casey and Nicole are so approachable, considerate, kind, and empowering to all. The other instructors are amazing also. It’s just such a positive environment to be apart of that it becomes addicting. 10/10 recommend
