Ordered a pizza for takeout. Arrived 10 minutes before the designated time, the pizza was ready 20 minutes ago, judging by the lack of warmth and abundance of vapor soaking the bottom of the box. Arriving home, we're greeted with a pizza that's completely pale and doughy throughout. I was considering adding a star, because the flavors themselves were quite good after a few more minutes in my oven, but 30 for a medium-sized undercooked pizza is a sham. Perhaps even more frustrating is the fact that 5 staff members were just standing around, conversing during the slow night, but none of them had the idea to check the quality of the food that was coming out of the kitchen. Disappointing experience

Two major compliments to share about this restaurant. One, the food is excellent. I've been to Italy and Nonna keeps up with anything I had abroad. Two, when I had an issue they did an excellent job listening to me and showing that they appreciate me as a customer (shout out to John specifically). I was prepared to no longer patronize their business but because of how respectfully and professionally they handled my issue I will continue to support this amazing restaurant.
Service was excellent, fast and efficient. Food was really good.
My boyfriend and I shared the margarita pizza, rockefeller oysters, and a stuffed crab ravioli that was on special and it was all delicious. And all for a reasonable price! Definitely will be back
Really great blue cheese medallions and pizza that is fabulous. Melt in your mouth calamari.
