Sushi is good. A bit on the expensive side considering the fact it's not an upscale joint. Landed late in Paris, they were open even at 11:15 pm.

This used to be the only Japanese restaurant for miles to offer draft Kirin beer and spicy rolls. Also the fish was usually excellent and the Miso soup among the best in Paris. Unfortunately the draft beer is no more and the spicy rolls are barely spicy now... However the rest hasn't changed, so you can expect a very decent Japanese meal at a reasonable price (for the neighborhood). Usually when a Japanese restaurant also serves Chinese, both cuisines suffer. I'd say that while Nomiya clearly specializes in the former, the later is quite good too. Which makes it a great option if you crave sushi while some of your friends don't eat raw fish. The place also delivers very quickly. I live by Bagatelle and the food is always steaming hot and delivered with a smile.

No! we ordered the fried noodles and it was horrible. Its a mix of japanese and chinese food. always busy during lunch time though
