I was extremely happy with the performance from start to finish. I visited the London Wall branch for a Covid test. The receptionist was kind and friendly. The test itself was performed very well and every little thing was explained to me all the way through including what would happen going forward. I compliment all concerned in a very efficient operation.

I visited the Nomad Travel clinic today for Antimalarial medication. The clinic/store could do with a little smartening up but apart from that it was a positive experience all around. I was advised on the phone of the cost of the medication and the consultation fee with the nurse (15) but I wasn't told about the medicine charge (10), hence the 4 star review. The clinic also has a small store with useful travel essentials.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you to Elena for her help on tracking down my Yellow Fever certificate - after no luck on the phone for myself or my friend, she was more than happy to go above and beyond to ensure I didn't have to unnecessarily have the vaccination again. Having found the records, I was then able to easily purchase a reissue of the certificate instead.
