I cannot recommend this company highly enough - they are friendly, professional and efficient and their customer service is excellent! The quality and range of cases that they sell is also extremely good. I purchased a lovely large 'Antler' suitcase over a year ago from Nomad. Unfortunately, this year there was a problem with the zip; I returned the case (but in the ensuing period had lost the receipt) - the company could not have been more helpful, they traced their copy of the receipt, contacted the manufacturers and sorted it within a very short space of time. I chose a replacement suitcase which is now guaranteed for a further 10year period. Thank you!
