Very nice stay!
Very nice designed hotel. The first floor could be a bit noisy in the evening because of the bar on the ground floor - but just a little bit... Very friendly stuff!!!
Clean, comfortable rooms. Could benefit from more power sockets (easily accessible). Great coffee machines on each floor.

Nice hotel, modern design and big rooms. You get a gift Basel card (free transportation and some museum discounts), and the eatery (restaurant and bar) is great. Wonderful apple and cinnamon dessert :) definitely a place to come back to
Stylish, modern, spacious. The reception staffs were very nice and professional. Took a star out because of the staff at the restaurant for breakfast. I saw him helping this Caucasian lady with an American accent - showing her around the restaurant explaining in details where everything was and so forth. When I asked him where coffee was he simply pointed to the direction. I guess he simply assumed I would not understand him because I’m Asian? It’s such a pity how some Europeans, including this staff at the restaurant here, treat Asians so differently. I’ve never felt so mistreated in my life before until I visited Europe.
