Very inefficient employees in every counter. I had applied for address change and name correction and online system was so easy and user friendly that any 4 grade student can fill the forms but when I got the appointment the staff is not ready to help or tell the exact status and moreover sources people come and their forms and applications are being entertained before us which is really unacceptable. Also everything is mentioned in Hindi for the display in all rooms, the office should also have English option.

RTO Noida is located adjacent to the famous Iscon Temple in Noida. The offices are functional as of 13 Nov 20. The applications are accepted between 10AM and 2 PM on all working days. The lunch break is from 2 to 3 PM and the offices remain open till 5PM. There are adequate No. of kiosks available for Vehicle / legal related work like photocopying, affidavits, attestation, notarisation etc. Beware of the touts scouting the area. Just download the required forms, fill them up and submit them after attaching the required documents. The RTO staff is very helpful. Do wear a mask AND a face shield to prevent CV-19 infection, since there is no social distancing or queuing protocol followed at any window in the RTO office! Adequate authorised parking is available in the service lane adjacent to the RTO office.

It is like usual government offices, where you need to go through various rooms/cabins one by one to get your work done. They have made their processes like assembly line. The office building looks like barracks but they have tried to upgrade it from inside. Although it seems people don't blend well while waiting for their turn. They announce on speaker your name for your turn like railway station. Overall just go with the flow while visiting there.
