This was a prison for all employees, the director of the company was a very eccentric person, never maintain a hierarchy of the company. MANAGEMENT ARE INVOLVED IN EVERY WORK AND EVERY EMPLOYEE, He is taking the report for his peon and driver also. Fully disturbed management. Lots of reasons to say for disliking company There is no proper training for new joiners by trained trainers. The director always intervenes in day to day working and there are 4 directors in the company and the children of directors are also directors so the same work has to be done as per instructions of every director causing confusion and frustration at work place. There is a lot of infighting among the directors, which has a complete negative atmosphere within the organisation.
