Such an inefficient staff.. The one who was doing the fund transfer was too busy in chatting that he did the transfer in wrong account and then gave me forms to sign to initiate the reverse entry and took my ID also which they did not return and neither bothered to call me for this.. Spoiled my time and now am continuously calling them to return my Driving license/ID but nobody is picking up my phone. .Terrible customer service .!!
