Great stay in cabin 5. Plenty of room for 6 couples. Ice cold AC, nice cabin feel, clean bathroom, huge porch and lawn and relaxing water view. Easy to get on rafts right from resort and get bussed back. Ice, coozies and good T shirts in main office. Recommend from KC!

We stayed during the week and had basically the whole camp grounds to ourselves. This was excellent with a 3 and 4 year old. Owners and staff extremely helpful, checking on us when driving by our camp site. Two different swimming areas for the kids. If you are not use to traffic noise at night, I would suggest cabin over tents as this is located right off highway. They only offer the 5 mile float on the Elk River, but that was perfect for us. Would we go back? Definitely!

The owner of the campground is very nice! We lost power in our camper and he was nice enough to make sure everything was getting electricity from the plug in to the breakers inside our camper. He even let us borrow his battery charger to charge our battery for a while! The only downside is that the camper spots are kind of small. We have a 36’ camper and we took up almost two spots so good thing nobody else was there! Also, where you pull in to check in is very pretty with trees but tight for campers! My recommendation would be to turn in the first entrance and honestly walk to the office if you don’t have another vehicle to check in. We did float, and you call when you are finished so make sure to have a phone! All staff is very friendly and very accommodating! Will definitely be staying here again.

The community bathroom is so far from the campsites and cabins. Other than that it is a nice spot. You can rent boats and float right from camp and they will drive you back at the end. You can walk to the water and swim in multiple places throughout camp.
