First visit I was not impressed at all. I figured it had to be a fluke so as I do with everything, I gave it a second chance. Everyone speaks so highly that I assumed it was just me but my wife and our friends were not impressed either. Both visits the service was awful and slow. Normally I wouldn’t care about the decor but it definitely needs an update. Now to the food. It was fine but definitely not impressed. I’ve had better meals in numerous midwest cities.

My favorite restaurant of all time! I challenge anyone to find a dish on the menu that isn't tasty. True, it's not cheap, but the food at Nobu 57 is so good that the price is well worth it--not to mention the service. There is a reason it's packed 7 days a week. Can't wait to go back!

So this isn't a sushi place. You won't find special pieces here, just the basics. It's a fusion tapas place. It's amazing either way. Perfect compromise for a group that includes someone who isn't a huge fan of sushi, but will tolerate fish. Very lively, had to yell to communicate with my date. Wasn't a fan of the vibe personally, I prefer a more laid back place. Good for a first date, if you're shy or nervous about awkward silences or saying the wrong thing. They won't hear you anyway. You can bring your baby here! Someone did when I was there... at midnight. So obviously they're family- and child- friendly.... I would definitely return. Consistently good, if you can't think of anywhere else to dine, you can't go wrong! Very professional waitstaff. My waiter went above and beyond, going back and forth to the kitchen, trying to see if they had any off menu sushi pieces available, and they didn't... so that was disappointing (see first line of this review)

The only restaurant we know. All of our birthdays, anniversaries, even baptism were held here. We always love their menus, they were very delicious! The kids love their aquarium and they had fun feeding them, the waiter gave them food for the fish by the way. The service and the people were excellent. They had the best ambiance in the city, too!

Had the most wonderful experience here. We had the full option Omakase (without wine pairing). Made from the finest produce, every flavour combination was absolutely spot on. Trendy, bustling atmosphere but acoustics were great and we had no trouble hearing each other talk. Staff was super friendly and professional. Perfect evening.
