I had more shutters installed today and another stellar experience dealing with Victory Blinds, Brisbane. From the quote with Paul to the install with Scott and the friendly office staff at Underwood it was all very straight forward and easy. This was my third time using Victory and they have always been great! Would not hesitate to use them again! :)

Didn't like it. The lady from the office couldn't answer all my questions. She said the sales person will know . And he will come to your place and answer your questions. We went the same day to 2 different places . They knew what they were doing answered our questions even give us some great guidance.

Magnetic latch for the plantation blinds was of poor quality, disintegrated upon exposure to sunlight. Repeated emails and phone calls to rectify the problem went unanswered. It is very unfortunate that Victory's after sale service is so poor .

Here’s a review for you, because apparently everyone does those these days; if you want curtains, you won’t win with Victory. An utter shermozzle of an experience, and I am so disappointed in the results, I would sooner seek another curtain & blinds company to fix the mess Victory have installed. Just another company that cares more about their bottom line than the actual product they’re selling to customers. I mean, these guys cannot even get lace curtains right! The installer did not communicate with the me upon installation, the curtains were not installed the way i asked, and the curtains themselves do not open how I specified. How hard it must be to listen to a customer’s request.
