Newly refurbished and under new ownership as of 2019/20, the food remains good but the service is really lacking. While the staff are friendly there is a real lack of care taken with the basics, plates and cutlery had not been well cleaned, coffee served with a large amount spilled into the saucer and it took a full hour from arriving to being served our breakfast. We were waited on by a young girl who quite literally threw our drinks and plates onto the table, I have to stress that i am not exaggerating here, she LITERALLY lifted the glasses off the tray and dropped/threw them the last inch or so onto the table. The new owners clearly want to move away from the more casual \cafe\ feel No.4 had previously, but there needs to be significant improvement attention to detail to make that a reality.

Beautiful food excellent service couldn't fault it at all
Really love this place. Staff are super friendly and food is brilliant. A late breakfast is the very best way to experience it. Love it. Thank you for lovely food and lovely service.
Newly opened, food was good. Outside seating area was a sun trap but could have a little more decoration. Nice people.
Waited an hour for avocado on toast. It was supposed to have spinach but didn't.
