This was my first time visiting since it got taken over and done up. I was pleasantly surprised! The food was great and reasonably priced. It came out within good time to say how busy it was on a Tuesday! The atmosphere was alive and had a nice vibe to it. The staff were also friendly. Our waitress, who was extremely polite was also a joy. The toilets were a huge step up from the old ones before it was done up as well. Overall, we had a lovely evening. Thank you!

The chef really knows his business. Great steaks and the Ploughmans shareable starter was to die for. Great service and good portion sizes. Slightly pricey but given the quality of the dishes... maybe not too pricey...... Recommended
