Friendly and knowledgeable staff, very helpful when I experienced issues with an order (fault of the courier not Niwaki themselves), and what a fantastic range of products. Would highly recommend this company.

Great garden tools made in Japan...
Small showroom, but good place to have a look at products. Staff are friendly and offer good advice. Worth a visit if you are in the area and like good quality garden tools and kitchen knives.
Excellent product quality and service. The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my queries over the phone. I needed my secateurs delivered next day and, although it was Friday, they went above and beyond and made it happen. Very happy. Will use again.
Niwaki should be commended for providing products of exceptional quality, with impressive service to go with it. Shipping to Australia was prompt, and everything was packaged neatly and presented beautifully in fabric bags.
