Great food in a nice venue. Not the biggest place so recommend booking. Great flavours and menu is varied. From starters to desserts, everything was full of flavour and interesting ingredients. Highly recommended if you are anywhere near the area.

A relatively new start-up by the people behind Cafe Source. Nice place for an early evening drink and dinner, this time on a (rare) sun-drenched evening in July. A cool, uncluttered space with an entrance at either end, lots of glass and some outside seating. A swift welcome and attentive service throughout. Interesting selection of draught bears including a peach weissebier and a really sour berry and hibiscus concotion in pale pink. Lip-puckering in a good way. You can have a sample to try before you buy. Interesting menu with vegetarian options. The smoked salmon with beetroot granita was pretty. The hanger steak was perfectly cooked and came with the star of the dish, a great fat polenta chip. I'd ordered some fries on the side but they were unnecessary. Overall a nice place to spend an evening with friends.

My go-to bistro/bar. Nice selection of beers and gins. The quality of the food is way beyond what you would expect from a small bistro, it's interesting and varied and without exception cooked to perfection. I have had breakfast here, lunch and dinner and not once have I ever been less than delighted with the food and service. There's a good mix of customers, young and old, singles, couples and families, dog friendly too. The staff go the extra mile to offer friendly advice on the food and drinks. In a nutshell, the best wee bistro/bar in Glasgow.
