Their customer service is absolutely trash, liers and their products. Do not buy from this place. I bought a Rs 1500 wired earphones I thought that these ear phones would last longer than the Rs 250 earphones, one earphone totally doesn't work and its only been 3months. The Rs 250 earphones last longer than these. They don't even do any returns or exchanges. The guy even tried I argue with me to just take this home, unfortunately I had no choice cuz they didn't give my money back. And they lied. They don't even deserve 1star.
