hello, on June 22, I ordered perfume for an anniversary for my wife to the Netherlands. I knew that the shipment in the EU goes up to 4 business days max so I knew it would come on time. What turned out? I was told that the shipment was given on June 22, and on the courier's website dpd turned out that was given 25.06. When finally I received a tracking number after a few e-mails, it turned out that the parcel was sent to the Netherlands by England! I do not know how it is posible, why not by Germany but around, on the island and finally on Saturday- 30.06 arrive to Amsterdam. Today is 2.07. I will not even mention that the package did not arrive on time for anniversaries. Still has not arrived yet. Today I called to dpd in Amsterdam and it turned out that the sender of the package turn back stuf, not knowing why. Contact with the company is really shity. I wrote down emails and I get answers after a few hours and when I called them they said, that they don't speak english and If I want something I need to send email so I wrote an email - a company that sends parcels around the world and there is no on
