Zero stars is more accurate. We paid for service from Nitel for 3.5 years on a 3 year contract (Covid-19 delays). Nitel is the worst ISP I have worked with in 30 years of IT experience. All their employees are forced to follow their policies on all matters no matter what the situation is, so a large percentage of the time they are aggravating their customers multiple times a month. Any company that doesn't give their employees leeway to adjust how they handle work depending on different situations that arise on a daily basis is a poorly run company, and Nitel is very poorly run. We're glad to have left them for a much better, larger ISP.

Disappointed in the fact that they were supposed to be handling the local loop for a cross country connection for a major service provider. After waiting multiple months to find this out I now need to get another provider to get this connection in place. Blew my project out of the water by at least 2 months. Not happy in the slightest.

I have had Nitel at my Infinity condo for several years and have been happy with the service. Today I had the first service required. Scheduling was easy and I was given a specific time ( not a four hour window like some providers). The technician was prompt, knowledgeable and fixed the problem and made updates. I highly recommend him!
