Last week we set an appointment to drive 2 hrs with a 36 week pregnant wife for a used vehicle that had everything we wanted. I set an appointment to drive and see the vehicle and when I arrived I asked to speak with the person they recommended. I was then advised that the individual was off of work today. I then asked if the guy I talked to on the phone was here and they advised that he does not work at this branch. I was then referred to a different salesman. Then I was advised that they do not have that vehicle. I asked if the vehicle was sold and they advised me that it was not and that it was not at this dealership. I asked them when they would be receiving it and they were unsure. They then received the vehicle and were unwilling to work with us on price or convenience. A week later they advised they would take around 250 off the price but charge me to deliver it which would of been around the 250 saving no money. We did not purchase this vehicle due to the company being ran poorly setting up an appointment for a vehicle which they did not even have with a person who was not even working that day. I would not recommend anyone dealing with this dealership due to them not willing to work with you for the mistake they made. The individuals I dealt with were not mean or rude but very unorganized.

Picked up my new, 2021 Rogue SV Premium on Thursday. Blue with light gray leather seats. LOVE IT! Smooth, quiet and fun to drive. Worked with Austin Pastva and Devin. Got an excellent deal and everything was done in a timely basis. Everybody there is very friendly!!

Adding to the top this time. Finally talked to CS manager. She was awesome. After explaining the story and telling them the sales associate, Shawn Huffman, continued to contact me after quitting and was working on my sale now gave me the idea of a lawsuit. It got attention and I was told that I'd get a call tonight from one of the owners...exciting. But no, nothing. Recapping...bought vehicle online 12/29. Still no title, no response AND now realizing the sales person was acting on their behalf after termination. Any lawyers out there? I'll be in need soon. See below... Updating previous review. I purchased a vehicle online. No issue with the car but the service is the worst I have ever experienced. The salesman quit mid way through the transaction (which happens( but since then I have called every day with no returned call, no update. I would highly recommend going elsewhere Editing again. I have called 3 times since your response. Left messages with 3 people. At this point i have already stated I give up on the waived delivery fee promised. I just want an answer on some very basic questions and more importantly someone to respond and get me the title. Again. I paid for the vehicle on 12/30/20. Nearly a month later and no response from anyone in sales, customer service, finance. I would love to talk to the owner I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT GIVING THIS PLACE BUSINESS. IF THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SHOULD GO OUT OF BUSINESS
