The reason I'm actually giving this shop even one star is because of the post office in the back of the premises. That is its one saving grace.The staff transfered to the post office concession inside Nisa when the actual post office closed down ,they are very helpful and nothing is too much of a problem for them when one needs help. Nisa the actual shop itself is overpriced and on a number of occasions don't bother to rota the stock on the shelves ,therefore out of date products are left on said shelves. There are two female members of staff that seemed to have been there along time and are as helpful as the staff working in the post office, but the two male employee's are as rude and unhelpful as they possibly can be . They have no customer service skills at all and the real kicker to this rant review is, that one of the male assistants is the owner of the franchise of the Nisa in question. So I'm happy with the in store post office on the whole but definitely would not shop in Nisa for groceries again.
