Inexperienced staff! Covid safety rules don’t apply in this shop or knowledge of how systems work or rules , rude immature, no manager no assistant manager ? As as far as they know the acting assistant manager isn’t a assistant manager ? Confused !!! Not me them. If you need to collect a package take as much identification as you can as a collection code isn’t good enough?? Yes it is! 3 times to collect a parcel ! Oh and if you have Covid you still have to collect !!!! or symptoms !! And no need for face mask the staff don’t bother !!

I went in put my money on the counter,, I asked the staff two pick my shopping & I went back in the car because I cant stand for long periods ,, they did this for me ,, me & them was very polite & understanding,,I'll definitely go again if a cant get on line shopping because of this nasty virus, Thank you gays & girls at nisa local
