Very nice and calm place. Owner is very helpful and attentive. Metro station and Market place is near. It has facilities like washing machine, fridge, Induction, Oven, RO. Rooms are tidy and clean. Had a great experience.

I miss this house and Nirmal Niwas Noida the best staying as student and professional vnear to amity university. Neat and tidy... Hope amity university opens soon and corona dies... as its abt 7 months.. we have not come outside our house.. This house is not only house but a peacefull stay like a owned family member.. recommend for everyone for peaceful stay not like village of Chellara... Main Road... Cleaniness No 1 ... But have some discipline rules which you need to follow for everyone decency... thanks... NIRMAL NIWAS NOIDA PAYING GUEST SECTOR 44 NO 1

When it comes to location, rooms and ventilation, I don't have any complaint. But I felt cheated because of the Landlord's calculation of Electricity bill 1. He charges INR 12 per unit 2. Refer attached pic, anyone would read that reading as 39.1, but this Landlord would read it as 391. If the reading runs from 39.1 to 39.2 , he would consider as 1 unit of Electricity consumed, which actually is 0.1 unit consumed, and charges 12 for that unit. He never agrees on that, how hard you try to explain him( he doesn't want to admit that he is cheating). 3.He informs tenants well upfront that we just have to pay Electricity bill for our room only, not for the common area like kitchen. If you carefully observe the wiring in the house, one would observe that kitchen Electricity bill will be added to some meter of the tenants. I used to get Electricity bill of INR 700 to INR 800 per month just for using Light, fan and Laptop/mobile charging only, without use of Geyser, AC etc.

Excellent PG in Noida for Boys.. the owner is very cooperative and active help you all ways. The owner is discipline and follow discipline and stick action who dont follow... I had stayed during the lockdown and enjoyed my 6 months of time... would rate 100 out of 100...
