If you order something's from the outside part they won't prepare the order you still have to take it from their stock yourself even though thse man said it would be ready and waiting for me, it's called RSS reserved stock but it's just means nothing if someone else came in and loaded it all up they would sell it out from under you

Appalling service received. On trying to purchase a large order of Windows the customer service lady manager was rude and unhelpful!! They obviously do not want people to buy windows!! And I add spend a large amount of money. I think this women should review her attitude or change career!! Not recommending this shop at all. Very rude unhelpful staff.
