Food is great, service is terrible. Left our pizza out in the snow on Valentine's day. When I called, the lady I spoke to literally told me to put the pizza in the oven and reheat it. When I called the manager he was rude and didn't even let me speak. He said the delivery driver rang the doorbell but the lady said he just called. I did not receive a doorbell ring at all. They did nothing to compensate me. If you order pizza make sure you just go get it or go to another location. This is the Buffalo Grove Illinois location.

Went for the first time for lunch. Delicious food amazing service from everyone there! Ordered a slice of cheese & tiramisu!
THIS Just happened!!! 28Jan2021. I ordered two pizzas, a medium Nino's Special on the Sicilian crust a medium thin crust Margharita along with 3 appetizers. The order arrived, in less time than they told me. The three appetizers were right and the Margherita pizza was right, but the Nina's special was a thin crust, no big deal. Nino's is the best because I didn't even call them about the wrong pizza crust and not 15 minutes later I have another delivery guy at my door giving me two fresh pizzas. The delivery guy says it was noticed that we gave you the wrong pizza. Can you believe this, I didn't even complain and Nino's self checked themselves, identified the error and corrected it. THAT'S excellent customer service. THIS is why I think Nino's is the best in the Wheeling, Buffalo Grove, Arlington Heights area!!! Great job Nino's!!! I'm a customer for life!!!!
Great pizza place! They offer a wide variety of other food and late night snacks. Super easy pickup in the drive thru.The young man Anton has always been extremely pleasant and always polite. I just moved here in April and truly impressed. Thank you for helping make my Friday nights easier.
I order from here over 50 times a year. Two days ago, I placed my pick up order and the phone person asked for my cc twice. When I went to pick up my order, I was told that it wasn't paid for. The cc didn't go through. The owner ran my card and it was fine. Tonight, I ordered again over the phone and the phone person asked 3 times for my cc number. 5 minutes later they called me to say that my cc was bad. I was so frustrated by now that I said to cancelled my order. I called back to complain to the owner about the rude and incompetent phone person. The owner took my cc again and it was fine. I went to pick the pizza up and the over cooked pizza in the pictures is what I found when I got home to eat it. I shouldn't be able to flip a pizza slice with my two fingers 10 minutes after it was made. Usually the cheese is still dripping off the sides. Not a happy customer.
