Amazing food experience. Ingredients were fresh , full of flavor and succulent. Waitress was very helpful throughout the meal , explaining to us in English what ever course was . Everything was done with grace and expertise .

my best sukiyaki experience. chose the sukiyaki lunch set, includes an appetizer, main course - sukiyaki, egg fried rice and dessert. kept me full for the entire day. Great service from tgewaitress/server/chef, who served my table, dressed in her kimono with a great smile. She kept explaining what's the next course in detail and was very very attentive. She ensured we didnt have to wait for our bowls to be filled up and drinks were filled up without us asking for it. Also, a slight mess on the table, she ensured to make it clean! Truly service straight from her heart. Definitely a great experience and it's certainly one of my best dining experience.
Consistently good. Located on the 9F, you can go without reservations and at around 6pm on Sat, you are around 3-4 in the queue. Waited around 30 mins when I am queue 4. English is spoken and menu explained. Food: 5/5 Had the Shabu and ordered the High Quality and Quality Beef. High quality is very soft due to the fats while the quality beef is...more meaty. Service: 5/5 Different from previous times, we get to cook our own after staff helped us for first piece of meat. Instructions: veg is 3 mins and rice cake is 1 min.
Amazing beef, wonderful service & attention to detail. We had to wait for 40mins but staff were very apologetic. Wondered why have to wait so long especially as restaurant not totally full. After they cooked our meal we realised why the wait. Each table is served by one staff. They assist with your choice, cook for you & describe all the elements by themselves. Nothing is left out. Of too many tables the staff wont be able to provide such excellent service. The beef tender, juicy & succelent & was cooked to perfection. The waitress spoke enough English to keep us informed. We had the high quality & quality sukiyaki sets. Expensive but a wonderful meal especially after a full day shopping downstairs.
Very expensive but definitely worth for it, wagyu is very soft, cannot describe in words. Better to make a reservation because i still need to wait for 45mins even it was tea time.

Beef is delicious and with good one to our group service. Lunch menu is cheaper. But make sure to reserve in advance.
Imahan is always superb for its sukiyaki and shabu. Meat quality is the top quality.
