The hotel is inside Narita Airport Terminal 2, B1. It is accessible, safe, and affordable. You can take the free shuttle bus if you are at the other terminals. Check-in at 2 pm and check out at 10 am. You can leave your things in your locker if you stay on multiple dates. You are not allowed to eat in the hotel, but you can buy food at the airport. There are many restaurants, convenience stores, and Seven Eleven is open 24 hours. It has complete amenities: locker, sleepwear, towels, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hairdryer, toilet/tissue papers. I stayed for two nights, and it was a great deal. Enjoy your stay!

The rooms are clean and nice and comfortable. The bathrooms and showers are clean. And I like how the locker you have plenty of space for luggage and other items you may have!

A very convenient way to have a rest and a reinvigorating shower during a long stopover while in Narita, or getting ready for an early flight next morning. Located next to Terminal 2. Very clean and functional. The locker is big enough for one large luggage. You are provided with a set of towels, sleepers and even a sleeping gown. Also basic amenities. In the middle of Covid, Yoshinoya and a convenience store are operating 24 hours in Terminal 2. Of course you can stay for more than nine hours, but no later than 10 am.

Close, convenient, clean and tidy. Only gripe is the 10:00am check out time. Not so great when one's flight is in the late afternoon...

Super super cool hotel. The location is great when you've a flight early morning and you prefer to wake up and not be in a rush in trains to Narita from Tokyo (which take about 1 hour). As a couple, upon check-in each one go to the other direction so make sure to scatter your clothes between the luggage you've with your colleague. Bathroom is nice, clean and private. A bit slippery when you come out so be aware. The capsule itself is super spacious and you won't feel in tiny bed. You have ocean sounds and power outlet for your phone. The capsule itself isn't locked but only a curtain. The only thing I didn't like is that during morning time I heard already the staff cleaning other capsule. I'd really appreciate they will wait to around 9-10 so people can take their nap much longer if they can...

Cheap place to stay near the airport. The place is compact and clean. They only have one electric plug inside the pod. Ambience of the pods is great with soothing music that could help you sleep

Wonderful experience. Fast checkin/out, good service, clean and spacious facilities, and most importantly easy access to the airport. The hotel is located in the terminal and is close to convenient stores upstairs. The capsule is comfy and has more than enough room. You will be assigned a locker large enough to fit luggages. The only downside is the price which can be very expensive for a short stay like this. Overall highly recommend and if you haven’t tried capsule hotel before, this is a great starting point!

I can’t believe I could an airport so much fun, but this one was. From the delicious conveyor belt sushi that I had to the plenty of places to explore. I specially loved the stores that sold every anime thing that I could have hoped for. Could have easily spent more than an hour in here, which I did . The capsule hotel was a nice play to stay at on my first to cure my jet lag. Had a good sleep there. Would spend more time next time I come here hahaha
