Customer service is horrendous. Better food and better service in all other bakeries in the area. looks good, tastes rubbish, co-op meal deal is better quality and flavour. plus self service checkouts have better customer service!

Food quality is poor. There are 6/5 better local owner bakeries within a miles or so of this one. The customer service is terrible. Theyre only popular due to ease of access nothing to do with service or quality. As for the lady who claims to be a director, you should know better. a formal complaint as gone into trading ombudsman, as a director, you should know better.
