Went here on a Saturday shortly after they opened. Got one of the traditional Asian sitting tables (yes, you will have to take your shoes off). Due to social distancing, only ever other table is used, so plenty of room to stretch and relax. They said they were understaffed and the orders were backed up - completely fine. One doesn't go to these restaurants just to eat and leave. It's about socializing with friends and the whole experience with a different culture and foods. Order something out of your comfort zone. Experience life! Food was fantastic. Loved every minute of it. Oh, and if you have to use the restroom, make sure you wear the provided slippers by the restroom door.

My husband and I always celebrate our anniversary at this amazing restaurant. We enjoy the Ten course dinner for Two. But there is no wrong choice on the menu as everything is delicious! The staff is incredible and the restaurant always feels warm and welcoming
Best sushi and japanese food in town. Hands down. Can't wait till I can dine in here again
The food is amazing. We drive from an hour away just to eat here on our date nights if that tells you anything...We love the waiters, the owners, the servers. They are all exceptional. The food is authentic and is so flavorful. We love the beef curry but they also have sushi and traditional Japanese foods. You can either eat Weatern style (at a table) or Eastern style (shoes off and sitting on the floor) Best Japanese food in San Antonio and the surrounding areas, there is none like it, try them and you will not be disappointed, help keep this gem open!!!!
