My experience with BikeSuperior has been wonderful in all respects. They have a great selection of bikes and a warm client-oriented approach. Jochem replied very quickly, attended my inquiry with great care, and eventually helped make my mind about the right bike for me. They sent me some extra photos of the bike, and agreed to withhold the shipment until I could reach my address in Spain. Just a week after, my shiny Rondo Ruut ST2 arrived completely intact!. I'm very happy to have come across their website and would definitely recommend this store!
