I have bought a ThinkPad T450 refurbished and I always got problems with the battery and the microphone and camera never worked. I definitely don't recommend at all. Buy a new laptop because you also can't get good assistance from them.

Terrible company... Purchased a Surface Pro 3 Tablet, had to send it back after it turned out to be faulty a month later. They sent me a replacement which i was fine with, then this one had the exact same issue as the previous one. I asked for a refund and they said they issue this within 2 weeks of it being received back. 1 month later after the tracking shows the tablet was delivered back and i still have no refund.... On top of this their \customer service\ now that i want a refund is terrible.. They do not respond to a single email i send, if they do they do not give me any information i'm asking for ( such as have they received it? ) I would honestly just buy from somewhere else. If an issue comes up they will stop communicating with you and the products they send have heavy signs of use all over them.

Worth for money i spent on it. but i should mention here that I was disappointed while doing oral communication with QX systems. They kept my phone aside for 17 to 20 mins when i called them for query. However, the device reached on time as mentioned on the website after one time returning the device with wrong specifications. Definitely i recommend to purchase from QS systems. Thanks you QX systems

Recently ordered a 2nd hand HP EliteBook 840 laptop online and called ahead to ask for one with little wear and tear. Even though ordered after 16:30, the laptop was delivered already the next day through Post.nl. Indeed it was as good as new. And very well packaged in lots of bubbly plastic and a neat box. After completing the Windows 10 installation, it is running very fast and very quiet. Boots up in 10 seconds! Battery appears also good. The only remark could be that it was delivered with a 240 GByte SSD rather than the advertised 256 GByte. Not a big issue for me at this favourable price level.
