The very chocolatey sharing dessert is worth every calorie. I was so spellbound by it I forgot to take a photo. Fabulous range of creative dishes with friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Went here for dinner on a recommendation from our hotel’s owner. Great atmosphere and concept (small dishes). Food was really good, although vegetarian options were a bit limited. (Highlight was the pumpkin ‘pizza’.) Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Not quite 5 stars - the bread ‘station’ behind the bar was a bit unhygenic as staff kept going back and forth from preparing bread, touching the registry etc without washing their hands.
Bistrobar Berlin offers exciting and well balanced flavors coming together in tasty dishes developed with the help of renowned chef Ron Blaauw. The setting is modern and semi-industrial allowing for a mix of casual and trendy people. Location is in the great Nijmegen East area.
