What a great place to take the family for a walk.. Absolutely stunning surroundings.. Great place to have a picnic and can spend easily a whole day exploring the area... We as a family including our doggy absolutely love this place...

Gorgeous place to have a nice walk out
Very peaceful and idyllic woods. Lots of different paths to explore. We found a lovely spot by the river to sit and have a little picnic. Will definitely return in the summer for a dip in the river. It's a shame the car park is so small, that's the only negative I can think of though. Highly recommend for a nice, sheltered walk.
Great place for a walk in the locality during lockdown and when this is all over great for a trip out for non locals. Good circular walks.
Lovely place, woodland and water - what's not to like. Plenty of wildlife, even see three roe deer up close. There is parking but it is limited.
