A hugely positive experience from start to finish. After our initial consultation with Henry we were fully confident we had chosen the right estate agent. Henry offered professional advice and got the ball rolling quickly. Lewis then kept in close contact with us throughout the process. We couldn't have asked for better service from Lewis who was superb. Overall we would thoroughly recommend Carvers. 10/10 :-)

Carvers assisted in the selling of our house, they were always professional and easy to contact even through multiple lockdowns. They were pleasant to speak to throughout our selling process and went above and beyond to help out.
Faultless from start to finish. I had lived in my wonderful house for 15 years and had to sell for personal reasons. It had not been decorated in many years but incredible plot and location meant i thought it would sell fast. Alas one by one purchasers cited ridiculous reasons for pulling out of the sale, i am guessing they were not genuine and found somewhere different and pulled out many times after 5 weeks, not nice. Nick Carver conducted nearly 50 viewings in total and the people that finally completed paid asking price and are delighted to have secured it. Brilliant photos, low commission rate, professional back up service after every viewing and from the Branch manager Calette and all the other office staff a huge well done .... but a special mention to the poor chap who did all the viewings , SEAN is a credit to the company and the business and i will always be grateful for his effort over 16 months to bring things to a conclusion ... he even helped me with three viewings on the new place i have also bought through carver. I can't give them more than 5 stars or i would ...
We have just completed a purchase through Nick & Gordon Carver. Our main point of contact was James and he was absolutely brilliant throughout. Very responsive with the perfect mix of friendliness and professionalism. Not pushy in any way, which was refreshing. As purchasers, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I just bought a house being sold by Carver, and for all the people involved in the process they were the best and kept me sane! If the phone wasn't answered they rang me back, quick responses to emails, chasing for me, etc. I will have no hesitation to use them in the future. Wishing Suzanne a very happy retirement!
