I can't thank Ian at Nicholls enough for all his help with our house sale. What started off as a fairly straightforward sale ended up becoming quite complicated (unnecessarily so) for various reasons. Ian went above and beyond to help sort the situation out and kept the buyers on side and keen and after a few more weeks and a change of solicitor all went smoothly. Highly recommend this estate agent!

Our recent property purchase through Nicholls at Chessington was handled professionally and with good communications regarding updates etc. They pushed through the sometimes difficult chain set up and managed to help solve final sticking points to let us move into our new place a few weeks before Christmas. Certainly helped us to get into our new home with their help and business knowledge.

Great service. Very responsive and helpful. Even though they were acting on behalf of the seller, they extremely helpful in guiding and chasing issues that we had with our solicitors. Really really excellent people.

We bought a house through Nicholls Res and were impressed by them as they were always very professional, responsive and very friendly to deal with. They kept us updated throughout the whole process and even after completion they provided us with any information we requested. This agency is the worst ever they threatened npt to give my deposit back just because they wanted for me to stay in property they blame you for everything and staff is soo rude please avoid this agency if possible.
