Very covid safe one in tto order food then wait outside until order is ready. Freshly cooked after order taken. Staff friendly. We had delicious hot fish & chips to eat in the car overlooking the sea at the end of the high street.
Used this place twice when on holiday here. Reasonable price and foods ok....but they got my 2nd order wrong, on returning to sort the items out they went and gave me the food they had left out which was now cold and lied saying it was all fresh cooked. Bad customer service and the poor lad on the counter basically said they told me to lie, he wasn’t happy for my issues but bosses pushed him
Freshly made and perfectly cooked chips came in a neat and easy to use paper hat. Nice and crisp with lots of flavour. The option to salt and vinegar them myself allowed me to season perfectly to my taste. No need to ask for a wooden fork, just help yourself. Outside seating available and the locals seem to like to use the low wall as a seat which makes the whole experience more authentic. I didn't get to try anything other than chips from the menu, but I hope to try more options soon.
